Mediterranean fattoush salad with Pitabreaks

A cool, fragrant fattoush salad with Pitabreaks, that balances perfectly Mediterranean and Eastern flavors. The crispy filo bites with natural seasonings match harmoniously the freshness of the vegetables and the aromas of the spices, for enjoyment and energy all day long!

For the salad
  • 6-8 lettuce leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 small bunch of spearmint
  • 1 package of Mediterranean Pitabreaks
For the dressing
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt
We used the product
  • Mix in the blender all the ingredients for the dressing.
  • Chop the spearmint, the parsley and the green onions finely, cut the cucumber into half moons and each cherry tomato into 4 pieces, mix in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
  • In a salad bowl, chop the lettuce finely, sprinkle with half the dressing and mix.
  • Add the herb mix and the Pitabreaks and sprinkle with a little more dressing.
  • Serve the fattoush salad accompanied by the rest of the Pitabreaks. Enjoy!

Instead of cherry tomatoes, we can also use tomatoes, from which we will remove the seeds.
