For the mozzarella dip
  • 150 g fresh mozzarella
  • 50 g Greek yogurt
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
For the tomato dip
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 4-5 thyme leaves
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Mix the mozzarella and the cream cheese in a blender, then add the olive oil, salt and pepper and finally the yogurt. The tomato dip
Peel the tomatoes, put them in the blender with the rest of the ingredients, and mash until the mixture gets a creamy texture.

You can add a little lemon zest to the mozzarella dip and a little boukovo to the tomato dip.
